Rates are quoted per night and include VAT @ 14%
Our check-in time is 14h00 and check-out time is 10h00. In most cases we will allow early check-ins and late check-outs if the apartment is available. Please advise us of your travel details - your Reservation Consultant will advise you on the costs. Check-in details will be provided upon confirmation of the booking.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Booking confirmation & payment: a non refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking and the balance is due 6 weeks prior arrival.
For bookings made within 6 weeks of travel, full payment is required on confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Should the reservation be cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
Should the reservation be cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full accommodation booked will be charged.
In the event of "no show", or should you not arrive on the started date, The full accommodation booked will be charged.
Refunds are at the discretion of the owner and ability to resell the apartment. If agreed, refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee. |
