Supplements: The above supplement is a rate per room only that has to be added to the standard contracted rates for the room types. Supplements are subject to change without prior notice.
Above rates exclude a 1% Tourism Levy (where applicable) or any other government taxes or levies as may apply.
Should the government increase any rates, the hotel reserves the right to possibly increase the rate.
GUARANTEE / PAYMENT POLICY (excluding peak seasons):
In order to secure your booking, full payment is required 40 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 40 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please see below as the following charges will apply in case of cancellation of booking:
Cancellation less than 24hrs prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival = 75% of accommodation
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival = 50% of accommodation
Cancellation less than 28 days prior to arrival = 25% of accommodation
Refunds, if agreed, are subject to a 10% administration fee.
NO-SHOW POLICY:
A no-show is the non-arrival of a GUEST without notification in writing by fax or email to the Hotel. In the case of a no-show, a no-show fee of the full amount of stay will apply.
CHILD POLICY
Place on the Bay: Subject to availability of suitable accommodation of maximum 2 children sharing with 2 adults for a 1 bedroom self catering apartment and maximum 2 children sharing with 4 adults for a 2 bedroom self catering apartment.
A supplement will be charged for a Family Suite. Children 12 years and under, stay for free and eat breakfast at a discount of 50% of the normal breakfast rate. Where bedrooms cannot accommodate children sharing with adults, separate rooms have to be booked in which case the hotel will decide on the applicable Best Available Rate. These rates will apply for each extra room booked.
