Served in an unrivalled setting overlooking the cosmopolitan yacht marina by staff trained to brew the perfect infusion of loose-leaf tea in dainty glass teapots, this is by no means an ordinary afternoon tea!
Boardroom
Conveniently located on the ground floor, close to Reception, the Boardroom has double French doors opening to a terrace with views of Signal Hill, Table Mountain and the yacht marina. This facility is ideally suited to small, intimate gatherings and successfully serves as a meeting and/or private dining venue.
It is rectangular in shape with a fixed centre table and can accommodate up to 14 people; with full presentation equipment set up, seating is reduced to 12 people. The use of the Boardroom is complimentary for hotel residents. For guests not staying at Cape Grace, venue hire for half a day (4 hours or less) is ZAR 1,000 and ZAR 2,000 for a full day (up to 8 hours), with all standard equipment included. |

We have endeavoured to pre-empt your every need, but as we treat every guest as an individual, we are happy to attend to any personal requirements. Whether you let us know in advance or tell us on arrival, we have a dedicated team of Guest Liaisons, able to speak a number of different languages, who are at your service for the duration of your stay.
In addition, we provide full Boardroom services, including secretarial and PA assistance. Then there’s the special Kids Services, with story time, babysitting and children’s menus. And we make provision for Universal Accessibility, including wheelchair friendly facilities.
